My dogs love their Freezbone treats. They get super excited when they see me getting them out of the freezer. I love the swirl design because it takes them both 20-30 minutes to finish the pumpkin/yogurt mix I put in them!

Questions owners ask

Sizes, your extra 5%, and what owners ask most.

Which size for my dog?

Pick by your dog's weight:

  • Freezball: S up to 15 lb · M up to 25 lb · L up to 50 lb · XL up to 90 lb
  • Freez Doughnut: S up to 50 lb · L up to 90 lb
  • FreezJumbo: L up to 90 lb · XXL 140+ lb
  • FreezPumpkin: M up to 35 lb · XL up to 140 lb

Between sizes or a strong chewer? Go one size up. Still not sure? Take the 30-second quiz.

How does my extra 5% work?

When you come from a creator's link, their extra 5% is already in your bag. It comes off at checkout, on top of any sale we're running. Orders over $59 ship free.

What can I fill it with?

Owners’ favorites are kibble soaked in broth, plain yogurt or kefir, pumpkin, banana, blueberries and xylitol-free peanut butter. Or use our ready-made Bone Refills.

How long will it keep my dog busy?

Most dogs take 20 to 35 minutes. Across the 446 reviews that mention a time, the typical answer is 30 minutes. For longer sessions, pack it tight, freeze it overnight and go one size up.

Is it safe for my puppy?

Every Freezbone is 100% natural rubber, non-toxic and biodegradable. Puppies love the cold on sore gums. Pick the size for their weight today and size up as they grow, like Bandit, who went from M to L at 14 months.

How do I clean it?

Put it in the dishwasher. The wide opening means nothing gets stuck inside, so there’s no scrubbing.

Can I feed a full meal in it?

Yes. Freezball holds 60 ml (S), 120 ml (M), 250 ml or about a cup (L), and 350 ml (XL). Many owners serve breakfast or dinner in it to slow fast eaters down.

Will it hold up to a power chewer?

Yes. For power chewers, choose Freezbox, Freezstick, Freez Doughnut, FreezCone or the Tough Chewer Bundle.

How long do I freeze it?

At least 4 hours. Overnight gives the longest lick. Many owners keep a few in the freezer so one is always ready.

What does the 30-day guarantee cover?

If it isn’t a fit, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a prepaid label and give you store credit for what you paid, minus a $6 label fee. Treats, seasonal and clearance items aren’t covered.
